Mission Statement

The LGBC as a non-governmental and non-profit seeking institution provides a contact and information platform for Lebanese companies, which have business relations with Germany with the mission of fostering economic cooperation through the promotion of bilateral trade, investment and industry between those two countries.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to become the most widely recognized organization between Lebanon and Germany for the promotion and lobbying of bilateral trade and investment in both countries through offering our existing and potential members best possible quality services.

Objectives

• The LGBC has created a network of companies and institutions that work collectively together to achieve their common interests and have a leveraged influence in policy making.
• The members of the LGBC commit themselves to work and lobby for a better business environment and for close economical ties between Lebanon and Germany.
• The LGBC, both Board and members, identifies projects and activities through which the public gets a better idea of the market and business environment in Lebanon and Germany.
• The LGBC intends to improve the dialogue between Lebanese and German businessmen.
• The LGBC promotes business relations between companies in Lebanon and Germany and cooperates with authorities with the aim to strengthen and improve these business relations.
• The LGBC allows the Lebanese agents of German companies to get to know each other and to cooperate with each other on an individual basis.
• The LGBC represents, supports and protects the interests of the LGBC members within the boundaries of the relevant laws.
• The LGBC provides non – profitable services to members engaged in trade, industry and commerce.
